This topic was mentioned last week, thought I would give you guys an update on the issue surrounding Se7en reporting laptop batteries need replacing. MS have said, it's your laptop battery at fault, not Se7en.

that's quite a turnup isnt it.
MS says don't blame Win7 cos your battery is worn out!

Sounds as though they need to turn down the sensitivity of the battery checker as most people will I'm sure be getting by on what are technically substandard batteries.

I would imagine that as times are still difficult for some, rather than buy a new battery/lappy. People will just push on though.
