The 50Meg has lower latency than the other packages.

Reports show 8ms ~ 12ms ping times to Jolt. So yeah, good for gaming!!!
Sky Unlimited - 18,995K / 1147K - 27dB Down, 12dB up - 2.0dB SNR Down, 8.0dB SNR Up

Netgear DGND3300 - 5.0GHz N Network - Faster than 100Mbit Ethernet

just spoke to them again might as well talk to my dog.all the guy did was suprise suprise was up my snr to 8 what a complete waste of time.not gonna bother ringing again i thought this was award winning broadband,It might be everywhere else but certainly aint here.It has to be congestion related but if mathew is on the be network and his is fine it dont make sense.

You not on virgin cable product? Using ADSL?

Virgins cable product is pretty decent for me anyway. 15 ms pings and super quick. If your on ADSL I feel sorry for you though.

Yeh the users talking of an SNR of 8... On virgins cable products the cab is so close to the property the SNR is alot higher.

My SNR is 50 db!! So 8 db suggests they're using virgin via BT's network and not via virgins fibre network. Hence the issues.
